We reserve the right to modify our Rates and Booking Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Children over 12 years old are welcome and pay full adult rate. Children under 12 years old must request it from the administration.

We reserve the right to modify our Rates and Booking Terms and Conditions from time to time.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE STAY

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

To make a reservation, it is essential to transfer 30% of the total amount as a deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
All amounts paid must reflect the full invoice amount without deduction of bank fees.
All stays booked within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full. Otherwise, these reservations will be cancelled.
Proof of payment must be sent by email to [email protected] indicating the full name of the reservation holder, the number of people, the number of nights and the check-in date. Once this receipt is received, the reservation will be confirmed and effective.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days or more before arrival: free of charge.
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
From 15 to 0 days before arrival: 100%
This also applies to no-shows or early departures.
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. However, the reservation can be used within the following 12 months, subject to availability.

RESPONSIBILITY

Unreasonable damages and/or breakages will be charged to customers.
Although all reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings on the premises, the owners and management of Alto Castillo are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered from any cause during the stay.
